Answer:

First, you will want to complete the Moves & Transfer form, so we can determine if your new address is in a Time Warner Cable service area.

 

For security purposes, PayXpress does not allow duplicate account number and/or email address registrations. Please Contact Us and we will assist you with the necessary system adjustments that will allow you to register in PayXpress under your new service address.
