What if I want records of inbound calls or calls not shown in the MyServices Home Phone section?

Answer:

Call detail for your local outbound calls can be requested from Time Warner Cable  customer service. The information requested will be sent to you via US Postal Mail. Calling detail records are not available for inbound calls except in response to a properly filed subpoena, court order or law enforcement request.
