What if I forget my Username or Password?

Answer:

Click on Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? on the MyServices Start Page and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked to enter the email address we have in your profile. Enter the email address that you used to create your account, click Submit, and your Username will come up on the next screen. If you select Forgot Password?, you will also be asked to provide the answer to your security question that you created when you registered. Then you can create a new Password that to access your MyServices account. You will see a confirmation page, certifying that you have changed your password.
