It’s quick and easy to register for a Time Warner Cable account:

Have your bill handy, because you will need your Account Number and Customer Code to verify that you are Time Warner Cable customer.

1. On the My Services Start Page, click the Register Now button to register for a MyServices account. You will be taken to the split Sign In and Registration page. In the Register for MyServices section, enter your email address and your ZIP Code and click Continue Registration. You will see a message letting you know you will need to verify your email address.
   
2. You will receive an email that acknowledges that you are creating a new profile.  Click on the Continue link at the bottom of the email to confirm your email address and continue the registration process. You must verify your email address within 72 hours.  (If you click on the link after 72 hours, for security reasons,  you’ll need to start over from step one).
   
3. Complete the online form by entering your personal information including your Account Number and Customer Code from your bill. You will also need to create a Username, Password and setup your security questions.
   
4. You’ll be taken to the registration confirmation page letting you know your account has been created. Click the Sign in button to login to your newly created MyServices account.
