How do I find my customer code, if I am a Paperless Billing customer?
Answer:
Your Customer Code, will be located on the PDF copy of your Time Warner Cable monthly billing statement that is emailed to you. Simply open one of the emails and download the PDF of your statement. If you are unable to locate your statement, please Contact Us.
