If you don’t have access to your bill to provide your Customer Code, you can request it by clicking on Chat Online on the MyServices Start Page, or clicking on Contact Us to call a local customer service representative and speak directly with an agent. If you have Digital Home Phone service, you can also call 611 directly to request further assistance.
