What if I have forgotten my Username?

Answer:

If you have forgotten your user name, select Forgot Username? from the MyServices homepage.  You’ll be asked to enter the email address we have in your profile. Enter the email address that you used to create your account, click Submit, and your Username will come up on the next screen. For your convenience, you will then be sent back to the Sign-in page where your Username will already be filled in the form.
