Yes.  As long as you have created an account, you can sign in from any computer, anywhere, using your Time Warner Cable Username and Password.  Please exercise caution when using your Time Warner Cable user name and password to access your private account information from public and non-secure computers.  If you access MyServices from a public computer, do not check the Remember Me box, as this will store your Username on that computer.  After you logout of MyServices, be sure to close your browser for extra security.
