What happens if my new address is not in a Time Warner Service area?

After you have submitted the Moves & Transfer Request Form and it is determined that you’re new address is not located within the Time Warner Cable service area, you will be contacted by a move agent to complete your disconnect request. To find an alternate service provider in your area please visit the Cable Movers Hotline website at http://www.cablemoverhotline.com/ and enter your new address. You can also be routed to your new cable provider by dialing 1-888-225-1000 and inputting your zip code at your new address.
